Tasty Spaghetti
Ingredients for 4 people:
350 gr of Spaghetti, 50 gr. of anchovies under oil, 1 slice of home bread unrefined, 2 garlic slices, 4 spoons of oil, red hot chili pepper, parsley, salt.

While you cook your spaghetti in abundant salty water, brown with oil the anchovies, the bread with no crust and crumbled, the garlic minced and as much as you like of red hot chili pepper.
Season up the spaghetti with this sauce and as much as minced parsley as you prefer.

Steamed Soles
For 4 people ingredients:
800gr of soles fillets, parsley, 1 slice of garlic, 30 gr of butter, salt and pepper.

Put the soles over cooking paper.Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, the parsley, the minced garlic and flakes of butter. Make all a paper bag and cook it steaming for 10 minutes.

Nordic Salad
Ingredients for 4:
300 gr of mixed green salad, 1 apple, 1 avocado, 1 smoked trout, 50 gr of minced walnuts, 3 spoons of oil, the juice of 1 lemon, salt.

Wash and dry the salad, Cut the apple and avocado with no peel in cubes, then cut and mince the trout and the walnuts. Put everything into a salad bowl and dress it up with lemon juice, oil and salt.

Peaches in the oven
For 4 people:
4 entire or 8 halves of peaches in syrup, 10 amaretto cookies,70 gr of sugar, 70 gr of minced almonds,1 albumen, half glass of white wine.

Make 8 halves of peeled peaches and sprinkle them with the minced almonds and amaretti cookies made minced as well. Whip the albumen and add the sugar up.Sprinkle it all over with the peaches and put them in a bakin tin with the wine on the fond of it. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
